Regular pool maintenance
State the actual visit schedule, tasks and pricing boundaries, including how chemicals, parts and access are handled.
The five examples below separate maintenance, recovery and equipment enquiries. They only belong on the published site where they match the technician's real training, products and service setup.
The right page list depends on the work the business actually offers. These five examples show how to separate different customer situations without pretending every pool service technician needs the same sitemap.
Choose pages around jobs that need different explanations, evidence or enquiry details. If two services lead to the same decision and the same next step, they may belong together. If the customer has a different problem, deadline or quoting process, a separate page is easier to use.
State the actual visit schedule, tasks and pricing boundaries, including how chemicals, parts and access are handled.
Ask for water and equipment photos plus recent maintenance history without promising one treatment or one-visit recovery.
Explain what the customer should send before the visit and how a one-off clean differs from an ongoing plan.
Collect equipment type, label photos and symptoms, then leave diagnosis, parts and repair scope to inspection.
If offered, name the equipment included and the limit between a service check, repair and referral.
The customer is checking that the technician attends the area, works on this kind of pool or equipment and offers the visit they need. Routine plans also need clear inclusions, frequency and wording about chemicals or parts where they affect the price.
The site can explain visit types and what information to send. Chemical prescriptions, diagnoses from a sound or photo, fixed-date clear-water promises and hidden charges for chemicals or parts stay out of the copy.
A project photo means more when its caption explains the service, the starting problem and what the image shows. A licence, qualification, warranty or process note works best near the work it supports, subject to the business supplying and approving the claim.
Pool type, approximate size, recent care and a description of the issue give the technician a useful start. Wide water photos and clear equipment-label photos can add context, but they do not confirm water balance or a failed component.
A form works well for routine care and one-off cleaning because it can collect access, pool and equipment details. A phone path helps with a current leak, stopped circulation or another issue whose next step needs discussion.
You do not need to arrive with finished website copy. Tell us how the pool service business works and send what is already available: services, areas or locations, photos, credentials, reviews and customer questions. We use those details to shape the first version.
Use the contact form to explain what the business does and what is wrong with the current website, if there is one. Bullet points, old links and phone photos are useful.
We clarify missing facts, draft the copy and build a private version. You check the services, wording, images and contact prompts before approving anything.
We check the forms, phone links, mobile layout and metadata, then connect the domain and set up the hosting. After launch, support and fair-use content updates remain part of the plan.
The Managed Website Plan is $199 per month with a 12-month minimum, which is $2,388 over the minimum term. The annual option is $1,999. Prices do not include GST.
Check the plan before you enquireThe plan covers the copy and build for a home page, contact page and up to five service pages. Extra service pages are $100 each. It also covers hosting, SSL, backups, monitoring, support and fair-use content updates while the plan is active.
Domain purchases and renewals are separate. We confirm the cost before buying or renewing anything. Your domain stays yours when it is registered in your name.
Most complete sites are ready in four to six weeks. Timing depends on when we receive the business details, photos and feedback. No website provider can promise a Google ranking, traffic level or number of enquiries. Those outcomes are not part of the offer.
The managed website service for pool service technicians covers the full offer. For the contact path, read the pool service technician enquiry guide.
Send the jobs you handle, the areas you cover and the details you normally need before quoting. Send the pool services, route area, visit inclusions and equipment work you genuinely offer. Add approved notes about chemicals, parts and access.
