The week fills up. The website waits.

We build, launch and look after websites for Australian service businesses. You send rough notes and review the result. We do everything in between.

The website is competing with real work.

It rarely loses to laziness. It loses to jobs, appointments, client work and decisions already filling the day.

Trades

Urgent calls, site work, quotes and supplier questions come first.

Professional services

Client work, deadlines, referrals and review notes take the attention.

Clinics and local services

Appointments, cancellations, staff notes and customer questions keep moving.

Most weeks, the website loses. Today usually has something louder.

You already know everything the site needs.

The services, the areas, the photos and the proof already exist. They are in your head, your phone, your old pages and your saved messages. The hard part was never the information. It is the collecting, the writing and the deciding what goes where. That part is ours.

Rough notes are fine.

Bullet points, short answers and a list of services are enough to start.

Old material counts.

Previous wording, old links, brochures and existing photos all help.

No sitemap needed.

Send what you know. We shape it into the pages in your plan.

Nothing technical.

If the domain, hosting or forms need something from you, we ask in plain language.

Rough notes. Draft copy. Review. Launch. Updates.

Gather what you have. Review what we make. Send changes through after launch.

  1. Notes come in.

Services, areas, photos, proof, old links, common questions and domain notes.

  2. Draft copy is written.

We turn the useful details into home, contact and service pages.

  3. You review.

Wording, photos, calls to action and any must-fix details.

  4. Launch is checked.

Forms, phone links, SSL, hosting, domain settings and the Google basics.

  5. Updates stay simple.

A changed number, a new photo, an added service. Send it through.

One plan, one price.

$199 a month covers the build, the launch, the hosting and the updates.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to write the website copy?

No. The brief collects your services, areas, proof, photos and must-include wording. You review the site before it goes live.

Is this a DIY website builder?

No. The brief is how we collect the details. Zenora Digital builds, launches, hosts and supports the website for you.

How much does it cost?

The managed website plan is $199 per month. It includes the website setup, hosting, SSL, backups, monitoring, support and fair-use content updates.

Extra service pages are $100 each.

Domain purchases and renewals are billed separately at cost. Domain fees are confirmed first.

How long does it take?

Most sites go live within 4-6 weeks, depending on how quickly we receive the useful details, photos and feedback.

We can put up a simple placeholder early if you need something online while the full site is being built.

Can I make changes later?

Yes. Fair-use content updates are included. Send us new text, photos or small changes and we will make the update.

Bigger changes, new packages of pages or larger additions can be quoted separately.

What if I already have a website?

We can review it. If it needs content, page changes, clearer services or better mobile layout, we will usually recommend rebuilding it into the managed website plan.

What do I need to provide?

Your services, service areas, photos, proof, customer questions, domain details and anything that must be included. Rough notes are fine.

Is this just an automated website?

No. Fast tools are useful, but a good service website still needs decisions. We review the brief, copy, layout, service pages, forms, domains and launch details.

Do you check the launch and Google basics?

Yes. We check the practical launch pieces: phone layout, page weight, SSL, clear headings, metadata, crawlable content, service-area wording, forms, Google Business Profile details and launch settings.

We do not guarantee rankings, traffic or leads because no honest provider can control Google or your competition.

Do I own my domain name?

Yes. Your domain is registered in your name, and you own it. If we manage it, that is for convenience. You stay in control.

What happens if I cancel?

You can request cancellation through support or any billing process we make available. Cancellation stops future renewals after the current paid period unless we agree otherwise.

Your domain stays yours when it is registered in your name. You can ask for a reasonable export of customer-supplied content and public website copy, subject to unpaid invoices, legal obligations, security checks and the technical limits of the managed service.

What is not included?

The plan covers the website: build, copy, launch, hosting and updates. It does not include logo design, paid advertising, social media or building online stores and booking systems. If you need something outside the plan, ask and we will tell you straight.

Get the website off your to-do list.

Send what you have. We will turn it into a site you can review, then launch it, host it and keep it updated.
