Websites for Chiropractors, written and looked after for you

Someone looking at a chiropractic clinic may be comparing locations, practitioners, appointment fees and what a first visit involves. They need calm, practical information, not a wall of treatment claims.

Send the service notes, team details, photos, customer questions and any qualifications or reviews you are allowed to publish. Zenora Digital turns that material into a private site for review, then handles the launch, hosting, support and fair-use content updates.

Answer the questions behind the first enquiry

The patient is deciding if the clinic handles the kind of appointment they are seeking, whether the location and hours work, who they may see and how to book. Referrers may be looking for practitioner and contact details rather than general marketing copy.

The website can collect a preferred clinic, appointment type, suitable times and whether the person is new or returning. Detailed symptoms, health history and clinical documents belong in the clinic's approved patient system.

Deal with the reasons the website keeps getting put off

“Health copy is too risky to hand to a web company.”

Zenora Digital can organise supplied facts and draft plain service copy, but the clinic keeps approval of every clinical statement. Claims that cannot be supported stay out.

“Our booking system already has practitioner pages.”

The website can explain clinic fit, locations and appointment types before sending a patient to the existing booking system. It does not need to replace that system.

“Practitioners and hours change.”

Profiles, hours and contact details can be updated after launch. The clinic remains responsible for telling Zenora Digital when regulated or time-sensitive details change.

Five service-page ideas to shape around the real offer

The plan includes up to five service pages, chosen around the work the business actually wants to explain. The list below is a starting point, not an assumption that every chiropractor sells the same services in the same way.

New patient appointments

Explain the clinic's actual first-visit process, what administrative details to bring and how long to allow, using clinic-approved wording.

General chiropractic appointments

Describe the appointment type at a high level without turning the page into personal health advice or a result claim.

Sports and activity-related appointments

An option for clinics that offer this service, with practitioner fit and booking information reviewed by the clinic.

Work and movement consultations

For relevant clinics, explain the appointment context and referral path without claiming to prevent or cure a condition.

Family appointments

Use only where the clinic offers and approves the service, with age groups, practitioner details and booking boundaries stated carefully.

Ask for enough context to respond properly

A form that asks for everything can feel like work before the conversation has begun. A short set of relevant prompts gives you enough context to check fit and decide what happens next.

Show evidence the business can stand behind

Current practitioner profiles, registration details, clinic photos, fees and booking policies are useful proof when supplied. Treatment outcomes, patient stories and before-and-after claims require careful clinical and advertising review.

You approve the final facts and claims

The clinic reviews all clinical, registration, fee and health-advertising wording before launch. Zenora Digital describes services and appointment paths; it does not diagnose, recommend treatment or promise a health outcome.

Before launch, you check the names, service claims, qualifications, prices and policies in context. Anything only the business can verify waits for your approval.

From rough details to a site you can approve

You do not need to arrive with finished website copy. Tell us how the chiropractic clinic works and send what is already available: services, areas or locations, photos, credentials, reviews and customer questions. We use those details to shape the first version.

1. Tell us about the work

Use the contact form to explain what the business does and what is wrong with the current website, if there is one. Bullet points, old links and phone photos are useful.

2. Check the working site

We clarify missing facts, draft the copy and build a private version. You check the services, wording, images and contact prompts before approving anything.

3. Launch with the upkeep covered

We check the forms, phone links, mobile layout and metadata, then connect the domain and set up the hosting. After launch, support and fair-use content updates remain part of the plan.

A known price, with the ongoing work included

The Managed Website Plan is $199 per month with a 12-month minimum, which is $2,388 over the minimum term. The annual option is $1,999. Prices do not include GST.

Check the plan before you enquire

The plan covers the copy and build for a home page, contact page and up to five service pages. Extra service pages are $100 each. It also covers hosting, SSL, backups, monitoring, support and fair-use content updates while the plan is active.

Domain purchases and renewals are separate. We confirm the cost before buying or renewing anything. Your domain stays yours when it is registered in your name.

Most complete sites are ready in four to six weeks. Timing depends on when we receive the business details, photos and feedback. No website provider can promise a Google ranking, traffic level or number of enquiries. Those outcomes are not part of the offer.
