A website for your cleaning business, built and looked after for you

A request for “a clean” could mean a two-hour recurring visit, an empty rental at handover or dust left after building work. Cleaning copy needs to spell out the service before the customer compares a price.

Send the job list, service areas, customer questions, phone photos and any current licences or reviews you are allowed to publish. Zenora Digital writes the copy, builds a private site for review, handles the launch and keeps the site managed afterwards.

Give the customer enough detail to choose the next step

Customers are trying to confirm that the business covers their property type, includes the work they care about, visits their area and has availability that suits the job.

Publish the business's own inclusions, common extras, property limits and specialist exclusions. A borrowed checklist creates the wrong expectation about what a booking covers.

Put inclusions where people compare.

Customers compare the named service before sending a quote request. Its page can show what is covered and which common extras are priced separately.

Collect the property details.

The postcode establishes travel. Bedrooms, bathrooms, floor type, access and the level of cleaning needed explain the visit.

Keep one-off and recurring work distinct.

The visit length, preparation and availability may differ. Pages and forms lose useful detail when they treat both as the same booking.

Name specialist exclusions plainly.

If carpet extraction, high windows, hazardous waste or another specialist task is outside scope, direct wording prevents a poor-fit enquiry.

Five useful page ideas for a cleaner website

End-of-lease work has different timing and inclusion questions from regular home cleaning. Its checklist should not be presented as the standard for every service.

These are examples, not a package forced onto every cleaning business. The plan includes up to five service pages, chosen around the work you actually offer and the enquiries customers need to understand.

Regular home cleaning

If recurring home cleaning is offered, this page could explain the usual booking pattern and ask about property size, occupants, access and priority areas.

End-of-lease cleaning

An end-of-lease page could list the business's actual inclusions and ask for the property size, handover date and any agent checklist.

Office cleaning

Where office cleaning is available, the page could ask about floor area, workstations, amenities, access times and preferred frequency.

Builders cleans

If post-construction cleaning fits, this page could ask about the build stage, surfaces, site access and the date other trades will finish.

Deep cleaning

A deep-clean page could describe examples of included work and prompt the customer to identify areas needing extra attention.

Make the first message easier to answer

Property type, size, suburb, preferred date, the level of cleaning needed and requested extras help turn a vague cleaning request into something the business can review.

A form suits most planned cleaning enquiries because it can ask about rooms, timing and inclusions in a consistent order. A phone option helps when access or handover timing is complicated.

From rough details to a site you can approve

You do not need to arrive with finished website copy. Tell us how the cleaning business works and send what is already available: services, areas or locations, photos, credentials, reviews and customer questions. We use those details to shape the first version.

1. Tell us about the work

Use the contact form to explain what the business does and what is wrong with the current website, if there is one. Bullet points, old links and phone photos are useful.

2. Check the working site

We clarify missing facts, draft the copy and build a private version. You check the services, wording, images and contact prompts before approving anything.

3. Launch with the upkeep covered

We check the forms, phone links, mobile layout and metadata, then connect the domain and set up the hosting. After launch, support and fair-use content updates remain part of the plan.

A known price, with the ongoing work included

The Managed Website Plan is $199 per month with a 12-month minimum, which is $2,388 over the minimum term. The annual option is $1,999. Prices do not include GST.

Check the plan before you enquire

The plan covers the copy and build for a home page, contact page and up to five service pages. Extra service pages are $100 each. It also covers hosting, SSL, backups, monitoring, support and fair-use content updates while the plan is active.

Domain purchases and renewals are separate. We confirm the cost before buying or renewing anything. Your domain stays yours when it is registered in your name.

Most complete sites are ready in four to six weeks. Timing depends on when we receive the business details, photos and feedback. No website provider can promise a Google ranking, traffic level or number of enquiries. Those outcomes are not part of the offer.

Planning the pages before the build

If you want to think through the structure first, read the cleaner service-page guide, the enquiry guide and the search guide. They explain what belongs on each page without pretending that a website can guarantee rankings or leads.

Send the rough cleaning business details.

Send the cleaning services, genuine inclusions, service area and the property details you need before confirming a booking or quote.
