Show the full fence line.
A close photo may show the material, but a wider view tells the customer more about slope, corners and how gates were handled.
Two fences of the same length can be different jobs once slope, access, an old fence, gates and material choice enter the picture. Those details belong in the enquiry before the quote visit.
Send the job list, service areas, customer questions, phone photos and any current licences or reviews you are allowed to publish. Zenora Digital writes the copy, builds a private site for review, handles the launch and keeps the site managed afterwards.
Customers want to confirm that the contractor installs or repairs the fence they need, works in their area and has examples of comparable materials and sites.
Be explicit about materials, minimum job size, repair limits, gate work and any boundary or retaining work outside scope. Legal and surveying advice about a property line remains outside the fencing contractor's copy.
A close photo may show the material, but a wider view tells the customer more about slope, corners and how gates were handled.
Removal and disposal can be part of the scope. The first enquiry is more useful when it makes clear what is currently on the boundary.
Only show styles, profiles and colours the contractor genuinely works with, and avoid presenting one project as a universal range.
The page can request plans or confirmed measurements without trying to settle ownership, neighbour or property-line questions.
A timber boundary fence needs length, height and site details. A custom gate needs opening dimensions, operation and adjoining-fence information.
These are examples, not a package forced onto every fencing business. The plan includes up to five service pages, chosen around the work you actually offer and the enquiries customers need to understand.
If timber fencing is offered, this page could show confirmed styles and ask about length, height, slope, access and old-fence removal.
A steel-fencing page could describe the products the contractor actually installs and ask for colour, height and site details.
Where replacement work fits, the page could ask about the existing fence and property access while avoiding advice about ownership or boundary disputes.
If repairs are accepted, the page could request wide and close photos so the contractor can decide whether a repair enquiry fits.
A gate page could ask about opening width, manual or powered operation and adjoining fence material. If powered gates are offered, say who supplies and connects the motor and access controls.
Approximate length, desired height and material, site photos, slope, gate requirements, access and the condition of any old fence are useful first details.
A form with photo upload works well for planned fence and gate quotes. A call can help when several fence runs, gates or access points make the job hard to summarise.
You do not need to arrive with finished website copy. Tell us how the fencing business works and send what is already available: services, areas or locations, photos, credentials, reviews and customer questions. We use those details to shape the first version.
Use the contact form to explain what the business does and what is wrong with the current website, if there is one. Bullet points, old links and phone photos are useful.
We clarify missing facts, draft the copy and build a private version. You check the services, wording, images and contact prompts before approving anything.
We check the forms, phone links, mobile layout and metadata, then connect the domain and set up the hosting. After launch, support and fair-use content updates remain part of the plan.
The Managed Website Plan is $199 per month with a 12-month minimum, which is $2,388 over the minimum term. The annual option is $1,999. Prices do not include GST.
Check the plan before you enquireThe plan covers the copy and build for a home page, contact page and up to five service pages. Extra service pages are $100 each. It also covers hosting, SSL, backups, monitoring, support and fair-use content updates while the plan is active.
Domain purchases and renewals are separate. We confirm the cost before buying or renewing anything. Your domain stays yours when it is registered in your name.
Most complete sites are ready in four to six weeks. Timing depends on when we receive the business details, photos and feedback. No website provider can promise a Google ranking, traffic level or number of enquiries. Those outcomes are not part of the offer.
If you want to think through the structure first, read the fencing contractor service-page guide, the enquiry guide and the search guide. They explain what belongs on each page without pretending that a website can guarantee rankings or leads.
Send the fencing materials and jobs you accept, access details you need and project photos that show more than a close-up panel.
