Professional service websites that explain the work before the first call

A prospective client rarely arrives asking for “professional services”. They have a tax deadline, a contract question, a finance decision, a business problem or a piece of work they cannot complete alone. The website needs to connect that situation to a specific service.

Zenora Digital writes and builds managed websites for professional firms using their real service notes, team details and approved credentials, case material or testimonials. You review the facts before launch; we handle the page structure, build, hosting and updates.

Turn expertise into pages a client can use

Technical accuracy matters, but a home page cannot carry every detail. Separate service pages can explain the client situation, the work the firm handles, common exclusions and the appropriate next step without turning the website into advice for an individual case.

Team biographies, memberships, licences, locations, industry experience and supplied testimonials can sit beside the services they support. Claims are included only when the firm supplies and approves them.

Make the first contact less vague

A useful enquiry path can ask what kind of help the person needs, whether a deadline applies and how they would prefer to be contacted. It can also state what not to send through a general form, especially where confidential or sensitive documents are involved.

The page should explain what happens after the message: an initial call, an eligibility check, an appointment or a request for more information. That expectation is more useful than a generic promise to respond soon.

From rough details to a site you can approve

You do not need to arrive with finished website copy. Tell us how the firm works and send what is already available: services, areas or locations, photos, credentials, reviews and customer questions. We use those details to shape the first version.

1. Tell us about the work

Use the contact form to explain what the business does and what is wrong with the current website, if there is one. Bullet points, old links and phone photos are useful.

2. Check the working site

We clarify missing facts, draft the copy and build a private version. You check the services, wording, images and contact prompts before approving anything.

3. Launch with the upkeep covered

We check the forms, phone links, mobile layout and metadata, then connect the domain and set up the hosting. After launch, support and fair-use content updates remain part of the plan.

A known price, with the ongoing work included

The Managed Website Plan is $199 per month with a 12-month minimum, which is $2,388 over the minimum term. The annual option is $1,999. Prices do not include GST.

Check the plan before you enquire

The plan covers the copy and build for a home page, contact page and up to five service pages. Extra service pages are $100 each. It also covers hosting, SSL, backups, monitoring, support and fair-use content updates while the plan is active.

Domain purchases and renewals are separate. We confirm the cost before buying or renewing anything. Your domain stays yours when it is registered in your name.

Most complete sites are ready in four to six weeks. Timing depends on when we receive the business details, photos and feedback. No website provider can promise a Google ranking, traffic level or number of enquiries. Those outcomes are not part of the offer.

Help the right client reach the right service.

Send the services, client types, team details and approved wording you already have. Rough notes are enough for the first conversation.
