This policy keeps Zenora Digital safe, lawful, reliable, and suitable for Australian small business customers.

These pages apply to Australian customers using Zenora Digital. They should be read with any accepted quote, checkout, or written agreement. Contact hello@zenoradigital.com.au if something is unclear before you buy or submit sensitive business information.

1. Purpose

This policy applies to your use of Zenora Digital managed websites, hosting, support channels, domain workflows, and related services.

2. Prohibited content

You must not submit, publish, request, or link to content that is unlawful, harmful, misleading, abusive, or unsuitable for the Zenora Digital platform.

Illegal content, instructions for illegal activity, fraud, scams, phishing, impersonation, or deceptive conduct.

Malware, viruses, credential harvesting, unauthorised tracking, or attempts to bypass security.

Content that infringes copyright, trade marks, privacy rights, image rights, or confidential information.

False, misleading, or unsubstantiated claims about your services, qualifications, pricing, guarantees, testimonials, or results.

Hate, harassment, threats, exploitation, non-consensual intimate material, or content that targets protected groups.

Adult sexual services, weapons sales, illicit drugs, or other high-risk categories unless we expressly agree in writing and can lawfully support them.

Spam, unsolicited marketing, harvested contact lists, or messages that do not meet Australian spam requirements.

3. Prohibited technical use

You must not misuse the hosting, support systems, or infrastructure.

Attempting to access accounts, data, systems, or admin areas without permission.

Interfering with service reliability, rate limits, security controls, backups, logs, or monitoring.

Uploading excessive, unsafe, or unnecessary files that create storage, performance, security, or legal risk.

Using the service to scrape, attack, spam, overload, or probe other systems.

Reverse engineering, copying, reselling, sublicensing, or extracting the Zenora Digital platform, templates, code, or admin systems.

4. Customer content standards

You are responsible for making sure your content is accurate, lawful, and appropriate for your industry.

If your industry has licensing, insurance, qualification, advertising, privacy, or safety requirements, you must make sure your site content meets those requirements.

5. Enforcement

If we reasonably believe this policy has been breached, we may refuse content, ask for changes, lock editing, remove content, suspend publication, restrict support, terminate services, preserve evidence, or report serious issues to relevant authorities where reasonably necessary.

We will usually try to contact you first and give you an opportunity to respond. Urgent action may be taken without notice where reasonably needed to protect people, systems, customers, providers, or legal compliance.
