1. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Australian consumer guarantees may apply to services, including that services are provided with due care and skill, are fit for a stated purpose where applicable, and are provided within a reasonable time if no timeframe is agreed.
For a major service failure, you may be entitled to cancel the affected service and receive a refund for the unused or affected part, or keep the service and receive compensation for the reduction in value. For a non-major failure, we may be entitled to fix the problem within a reasonable time.
2. Subscription billing
The Zenora Digital managed website plan is billed monthly unless your accepted quote or checkout states otherwise.
Your subscription starts when payment is completed or when we otherwise agree to start the service. There is no free trial unless we expressly offer one in writing.
Domain registration fees, Microsoft 365 licences, 1Password seats, paid add-ons, and other third-party costs are billed only where included in your accepted plan or separately approved.
3. Change-of-mind refunds
Because the service includes planning, design, setup, hosting, support readiness, and operational work, fees are generally not refundable for change of mind once the billing period or build work has started, to the extent permitted by law.
This does not affect any refund or remedy you may be entitled to under the Australian Consumer Law.
4. Cancellations
You can request cancellation by contacting support or using any cancellation process we make available through a billing portal.
Cancellation stops future subscription renewals after the current paid period unless we agree otherwise. Access and hosting may continue until the end of the paid period, subject to these terms and acceptable use.
5. Failed payments and grace period
If payment fails, we may keep the public website online temporarily but lock customer editing and pause new work.
The intended grace period is 28 days. During this period, you should update payment details or contact support. After the grace period, we may suspend hosting, unpublish the site, restrict support, or begin account closure.
Where practical, we will provide payment reminders or notice before taking disruptive action. We may act sooner where required by provider rules, security, legal compliance, or serious misuse.
6. Third-party and pass-through costs
Domain registrations, renewals, Microsoft 365 licences, email licences, 1Password seats, premium plugins, third-party subscriptions, paid stock assets, and similar third-party costs may be non-refundable once ordered or provisioned.
Some third-party services, including Microsoft licensing programs, may have minimum terms, renewal windows, cancellation restrictions, or provider price changes. You should review and approve these before we provision the service.
We will try to identify material third-party costs before incurring them where practical.
7. Service issues
If you believe the service has not been provided with due care and skill, contact us at hello@zenoradigital.com.au so we can investigate and offer an appropriate remedy.
Depending on the issue and applicable law, a remedy may include fixing the issue, resupplying part of the service, extending service time, providing a refund, or another reasonable solution.
Please include enough detail for us to assess the issue, such as the affected page, date, screenshots, browser or device, and what outcome you are seeking.
