Domain And DNS Terms

A domain availability result is not a guarantee that a domain can be registered. Availability can change quickly and registrar systems may return incomplete, delayed, or incorrect results.

A domain is not yours until the registration is accepted by the registrar or registry and required fees are paid.

Australian .au domains are subject to auDA licensing rules. You are responsible for meeting and maintaining the eligibility and allocation requirements for any .au domain you request.

We may ask for business, ABN, trade mark, licence, or other eligibility details before assisting with a .au domain.

If eligibility is not maintained or the registrant information is inaccurate, the domain licence may be rejected, suspended, cancelled, transferred, or otherwise affected under registrar, registry, or auDA processes.

Where possible, domains should be registered in the customer or customer business name, not in Zenora Digital name.

If we assist with registration, management, or renewal, we do so as a service provider or reseller workflow unless a different arrangement is agreed in writing.

We will not intentionally register a customer domain in our name unless there is a clear written reason to do so and you approve that arrangement.

You must provide accurate domain registrant details and keep them current. Incorrect details can cause registration failure, suspension, transfer issues, or loss of domain rights.

You must not request domains that infringe another party rights, mislead customers, impersonate another business, or breach auDA or registrar rules.

DNS changes can affect websites, email, verification records, analytics, and other services using the domain. DNS propagation can take time and may cause temporary disruption.

You authorise us to provide DNS instructions or make DNS changes where you have asked for assisted connection and supplied the required access or approvals.

If domain management is included or purchased, we will take reasonable steps to help renew and manage the domain. You remain responsible for making sure payment details, registrant details, and authorisations are current.

Domain transfer rules, auth codes, lock periods, expiry periods, and restoration fees are controlled by registrars and registries.

If you cancel Zenora Digital, you can ask for reasonable domain transfer information for domains registered in your name, subject to registrar rules, identity checks, unpaid domain fees, and security requirements.

Domain services may be provided through third-party registrars, resellers, registries, or wholesale providers. Their terms, policies, fees, eligibility rules, and dispute rules may apply.
