Service Agreement

This agreement explains what is included in the managed website plan, what customers need to provide, how build approval works, and what happens after launch.

These pages apply to Australian customers using Zenora Digital. They should be read with any accepted quote, checkout, or written agreement. Contact hello@zenoradigital.com.au if something is unclear before you buy or submit sensitive business information.

1. The managed website plan

The Zenora Digital managed website plan is designed for Australian service businesses that want a professional website without managing hosting, updates, DNS, and routine website administration themselves.

The core plan is $199 per month unless your accepted quote or checkout says otherwise.

Optional add-ons, domain registration or renewal fees, Microsoft 365 licensing, managed password security, paid stock assets, third-party subscriptions, and unusual project work are included only if your accepted plan, quote, or written approval says so.

2. Standard inclusions

Unless your accepted quote says otherwise, the standard plan includes the following.

A personalised mobile-first website for your business.

A home page, contact page, and up to five service pages.

Managed hosting, SSL, uptime monitoring, software/security updates, and backups.

Fair-use routine content updates during an active subscription.

Domain connection help and basic DNS guidance. Domain registration and renewal costs are handled as agreed in your quote or domain workflow.

A private preview link before public launch.

Support with an initial response target within 24 hours on business days.

3. Build process

The process usually starts with a brief, then a concept draft, customer feedback, full build, final review, launch, and ongoing maintenance.

A concept draft is usually provided in around three to four weeks after payment, contract acceptance, and receipt of enough content and direction to start. Most complete sites are ready in four to six weeks depending on content, approvals, and feedback.

Timeframes can move if we are waiting on customer content, customer approvals, domain access, third-party systems, or information needed to complete the work.

4. Customer responsibilities

You need to provide accurate business details, service information, images or permissions for images, brand assets, domain access or instructions, and timely feedback.

You are responsible for checking that your website content is accurate and suitable for your industry, including pricing, claims, testimonials, licences, professional qualifications, insurance statements, and legal/regulatory statements.

5. Revisions and updates

The build includes two reasonable rounds of design revisions before launch unless otherwise agreed.

After launch, routine content updates are included while your subscription is active. Routine updates include changes to text, photos, pricing, service descriptions, testimonials, contact details, and similar content.

Fair use means normal website maintenance requests for an active small business. It does not include repeated redesigns, bulk rewrites, urgent after-hours work, new packages of pages, or requests that are unreasonable in frequency, complexity, or volume.

Large redesigns, new functionality, extra pages, copywriting projects, advanced integrations, ecommerce, booking systems, paid advertising, and complex SEO projects may be quoted separately.

6. Out of scope unless agreed

The following are not included unless included in your quote or added as a paid service.

Custom application development or complex integrations.

Ecommerce, memberships, bookings, portals, or customer logins on the published customer site.

Legal, financial, medical, engineering, or regulated-industry advice.

Professional photography, videography, logo design, brand strategy, or advanced copywriting.

Paid ads, ongoing SEO campaigns, backlink building, or guaranteed search rankings.

Microsoft 365 licensing, mailbox migration, email support, managed password security, 1Password setup, or IT support unless purchased through Zenora Digital.

7. Launch and publication

We will publish the site after the design is approved, required content is supplied, domain or subdomain details are ready, and the subscription is active.

You authorise us to make reasonable technical changes needed for launch, including DNS guidance, hosting configuration, SSL setup, redirects, and performance adjustments.

8. Hosting, backups, and support

We manage hosting and routine maintenance while your subscription is active. We aim for reliable hosting, but no hosting environment can be guaranteed to be available at all times.

Any uptime percentage stated on the website is an operational target, not a service-credit guarantee, unless your accepted plan or quote expressly says otherwise.

Backups are intended for operational recovery and are not a substitute for you keeping copies of critical content, images, records, or business documents.

Our 24-hour support target is an initial response target on business days. It is not a guarantee that every issue will be fully resolved within 24 hours.

9. Suspension and termination

If your subscription is unpaid, cancelled, or materially breached, we may lock editing, pause support, suspend publishing, or take the site offline in line with the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

For non-urgent issues, we will usually give notice and a reasonable chance to fix the issue before taking the site offline. Urgent action may still be taken where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, provider requirements, or to protect others.

If you leave Zenora Digital, we can provide reasonable assistance with customer-owned content and domain transfer information on request. Handover may be limited by the fact the site is built using Zenora Digital templates, systems, and managed hosting processes.

10. Optional Microsoft 365, password security, domain, and reseller add-ons

Microsoft 365, 1Password, Have I Been Pwned, domain reseller, premium plugin, paid stock, and similar third-party services may have separate eligibility rules, licence terms, renewal rules, minimum terms, price changes, and cancellation restrictions.

We will ask for approval before ordering or provisioning material third-party services. Once approved and provisioned, some third-party fees may remain payable even if you later cancel Zenora Digital.

11. No guaranteed results

We build for performance, clarity, and lead generation, but we do not guarantee search ranking, traffic, enquiries, sales, revenue, or business outcomes.
