1. Tell us about the work
Use the contact form to explain what the business does and what is wrong with the current website, if there is one. Bullet points, old links and phone photos are useful.
A patient or referrer may be checking practitioner fit, clinic access, appointment type, referral requirements, fees or whether a service is offered at all. Those details should be easy to find without turning the website into personal health advice.
Zenora Digital writes and builds managed websites from the clinic’s supplied services, practitioner information, policies and approved wording. The clinic reviews clinical and regulated statements before launch; we handle the structure, build and ongoing website work.
A dental clinic, physiotherapy practice and psychology practice do not share one appointment journey. The pages below show how services, practitioner information, referrals and booking routes can be organised using wording each practice can approve.
A useful practitioner profile can explain qualifications, registration, areas of focus, languages, locations and appointment formats when those details are supplied. It can help a patient choose whom to contact without promising a clinical result.
Service pages can cover appointment purpose, what to bring, referral or rebate information, clinic access and what happens next. The practice remains responsible for reviewing regulated wording, fees and policies.
If the practice uses an external booking system, the website can lead into it without making patients search for the right button. If an enquiry form is more appropriate, it should make clear what information is safe to send and when the form is monitored.
If the practice publishes emergency or crisis directions, those words need to come from the practice and remain easy to find. Zenora Digital can format and position the supplied information, but does not create clinical instructions.
You do not need to arrive with finished website copy. Tell us how the practice works and send what is already available: services, areas or locations, photos, credentials, reviews and customer questions. We use those details to shape the first version.

We clarify missing facts, draft the copy and build a private version. You check the services, wording, images and contact prompts before approving anything.
We check the forms, phone links, mobile layout and metadata, then connect the domain and set up the hosting. After launch, support and fair-use content updates remain part of the plan.
The Managed Website Plan is $199 per month with a 12-month minimum, which is $2,388 over the minimum term. The annual option is $1,999. Prices do not include GST.
Check the plan before you enquireThe plan covers the copy and build for a home page, contact page and up to five service pages. Extra service pages are $100 each. It also covers hosting, SSL, backups, monitoring, support and fair-use content updates while the plan is active.
Domain purchases and renewals are separate. We confirm the cost before buying or renewing anything. Your domain stays yours when it is registered in your name.
Most complete sites are ready in four to six weeks. Timing depends on when we receive the business details, photos and feedback. No website provider can promise a Google ranking, traffic level or number of enquiries. Those outcomes are not part of the offer.
Send the services, practitioner details, booking link and approved patient information already in use. We will turn it into pages the practice can review.
