1. Tell us about the work
Use the contact form to explain what the business does and what is wrong with the current website, if there is one. Bullet points, old links and phone photos are useful.
The website usually has to compete with quotes, site visits, supplier calls and the work already booked for this week. Most tradies have better things to do on a Sunday than write five service pages.
Send the job types, service areas, phone photos, customer questions and any current website link. Zenora Digital writes and builds the site for your review, launches it, then keeps the hosting and routine content changes handled.
Each page starts with the way that trade receives work: urgent calls, quoted projects, recurring visits, workshop bookings or photo-led enquiries. The service list is only an example until it is matched to the real business.
A person with an urgent fault is making a different decision from someone planning a renovation. A maintenance customer needs different proof and timing information from a large-project buyer. One short services list forces all of them through the same vague explanation.
Up to five included service pages give the main work room for photos, inclusions, limits, service areas and useful enquiry prompts. The pages are chosen around the work the business actually wants, not a fixed trade template.
Depending on the trade, the first message may need a suburb, photos, measurements, model details, access notes, a preferred date or a description of what has failed. The page can explain those prompts before the customer reaches the form.
For phone-led work, a tap-to-call number can stay visible on mobile. For quoted work, a short form can gather context without asking the customer to complete a full scope before the first conversation.
A labelled photo can show the kind of work, material, access problem or finished detail behind a service. Before-and-after pairs can be useful when the business supplies them and the context is accurate. Licences, warranties, manufacturer approvals and reviews should only appear when they are current and can be checked.
You remain the reviewer for trade facts and claims. Zenora Digital shapes the copy and page order without inventing years in business, response times, credentials, local history or results.
You do not need to arrive with finished website copy. Tell us how the trade business works and send what is already available: services, areas or locations, photos, credentials, reviews and customer questions. We use those details to shape the first version.

We clarify missing facts, draft the copy and build a private version. You check the services, wording, images and contact prompts before approving anything.
We check the forms, phone links, mobile layout and metadata, then connect the domain and set up the hosting. After launch, support and fair-use content updates remain part of the plan.
The Managed Website Plan is $199 per month with a 12-month minimum, which is $2,388 over the minimum term. The annual option is $1,999. Prices do not include GST.
Check the plan before you enquireThe plan covers the copy and build for a home page, contact page and up to five service pages. Extra service pages are $100 each. It also covers hosting, SSL, backups, monitoring, support and fair-use content updates while the plan is active.
Domain purchases and renewals are separate. We confirm the cost before buying or renewing anything. Your domain stays yours when it is registered in your name.
Most complete sites are ready in four to six weeks. Timing depends on when we receive the business details, photos and feedback. No website provider can promise a Google ranking, traffic level or number of enquiries. Those outcomes are not part of the offer.
A service list, service area, a few photos and the questions you ask before quoting are enough to begin.
